When DVB submits a Plan & Spec bid we provide an estimate, lump sum, or guarantee max price with costs broken down into the proposal. Every detail is laid out to create the best project plan and meet the owner’s needs. Our experience with Design-Build allows us to understand the design process used by other mechanical experts and engineers. We are always looking for ways to add value on every project.
