This academic build included HVAC and plumbing to cater to the needs of the newly renovated fourth and fifth floors. The Koessler Administration Building turned a traditional office suite into an open area with private offices, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. The fifth floor was an unfinished storage room that is now a large co-working space/lounge for college staff.
