The Martin House Restoration Corporation awarded D.V. Brown & Associates the HVAC contract Phase IV and Phase V of the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Complex. The overall goal of the Project was to restore this Historical Landmark to its original 1907 design. D.V. Brown installed a “Green” Geothermal Exchange System to convert the Earth’s temperature at 350 feet below the surface to heat and cool the replica of the Conservatory, Carriage House, Pergola and Stables with Radiant Heating Coils, which are embedded in the concrete floors.
