Tonawanda, NY – Kevin Bitikofer of Grand Island, NY has been hired by D.V. Brown & Associates, Inc. as a Service Operations Manager.  Bitikofer will be responsible for overlooking the day-to-day service operations, ensuring customers are satisfied with services rendered, while overseeing customer relations.

Bitikofer is an eight year U.S. Marines Corp Veteran, and additionally has several years of experience working with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC), refrigeration rack systems, split systems, and rooftop unites, furnaces and boilers.  This experience in mechanical contracting made Bitikofer a perfect fit for this multi-million-dollar mechanical contracting organization.
