The 27-story building consists of a three-story podium and 738 rooms making up the 23-story tower section. D.V. Brown performed the project under a schedule that consisted of shifts of men, around the clock, six days a week. The Spa and Hotel which contains a gaming floor, four restaurants, a 2,200-seat entertainment center, a night club, and several other attractions, required careful coordination of the building systems and site manpower.
